1. Products & Customization
What quality and fabric do you use for jerseys?
All our baseball, football, and hockey jerseys are constructed from premium 140–180 GSM breathable athletic polyester mesh. The fabric offers moisture-wicking comfort, authentic drape, and reinforced athletic stitching built to withstand stadium celebrations, tailgates, and repeated machine washings without fading or peeling.
Can I customize the name and number on my jersey?
Yes! Our custom jersey collection allows you to personalize your favorite name and number directly on the product page. Enter your text and choose your size before adding to cart. Our design and print team will align typography to match team colors and athletic font standards.
How do your jerseys fit?
Our jerseys fit true to standard US athletic sizing. If you prefer a loose, streetwear or hoodie-layering fit for colder tailgate weather, we recommend ordering one size up. Please refer to our detailed sizing chart on each product page.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Each item is custom printed on demand upon order confirmation. Production and quality inspection take 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, domestic US delivery takes 4 to 7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with full tracking provided directly to your email.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your domestic tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to check real-time package status at any time.
3. Returns & Gameday Guarantee
What is the 30-Day Gameday Guarantee?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on every order. If your item arrives with any printing defect, sewing flaw, incorrect personalization, or transit damage, simply email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Are there any restocking fees?
No, POP-SPORT never charges restocking fees on approved returns or warranty claims.

What payment methods are accepted?
